Train-the-Trainer
The Train-the-Trainer program or Geier Learning Accreditation Training Program is a powerful four half-day teleconference
sessions that provide company trainers, organizational change consultants, HR consultants, search and selection
consultants, CEO
s, senior managers, HR managers, training and development managers, line managers, psychologists, counselors, psychotherapists,
coaches, and mentors, a complete system of assessments to develop the necessary skills to fully utilize the wide
range of assessments, reports and concepts from Geier Learning.
Each training session is three hours long including instrument-taking; in-depth discussion and practical applications.
Each session is structured around specific assessments and topics appropriate to individual and organizational
needs. Participants receive facilitator guides that contain instructions, discussion questions, exercises for groups
and/or individual use, as well as individual and group applications for immediate implementation.
